Deep hole drilling

Deep hole drilling usually refers to tools that process holes with a ratio of hole depth to hole diameter greater than 6. Eżerċizzji tal-kanun użati b'mod komuni, BTA Deep Hole Drills, Drills tal-ġett, DF Deep Hole Drills, eċċ. Trepanning drills are also commonly used for deep hole machining.

Reamer

The reaming drill has 3 to 4 cutter teeth, and its rigidity is better than that of the twist drill, which is used to expand the existing holes and improve the machining accuracy and finish.

Countersinks

The countersink drill has more cutter teeth, and the hole end is processed into the required shape by forming method, which is used to process the countersunk holes of various countersunk screws, or to flatten the outer end surface of the hole.

Center drill

The center drill is used for drilling the center hole of the shaft workpiece. It is essentially composed of a twist drill with a small helix angle and a countersink drill, so it is also called a compound center drill.

core drill

There is a hollow drill bit in the middle of the drill pipe, which is mainly used for drilling and coring.
